Shipping Policy

Updated 12/29/2022:

• TSP Wholesale strives to ship all "in stock" orders received and paid for on business days (Monday - Friday) before 1 PM CST the same day. Orders are always filled in the order received. 
• Orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS. We prefer Fedex but in some cases it makes more sense to use USPS for some low value domestic orders or locations such as PO Boxes, APO, or US Territories.
• International orders are always shipped via a Fedex service. 
• If there is ever a discrepancy regarding an order that was delivered in part or in full, it must be reported within 7 days of arrival. We have limited, if any, ability to provide assistance outside of this time frame.
• As a courtesy, all domestic KTunerFlash (V1.2 and V2.0) single unit orders are shipped via Fedex Express 2 Day at no additional cost. (Free shipping!)
• Calculated shipping rates apply to all other orders. We pass our negotiated discounts on to you and do not make any effort to profit on shipping costs ourselves.
